Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy
All admission, course, counselling, franchise, certificate and related service fees are non-refundable once paid. Please confirm every detail before making payment.
All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, submitting an application, booking a service, or paying any fee to Rishikul Shiksha Career Academy, you confirm that you understand and accept this non-refundable policy.
1Overview
Fees are collected for admission processing, course access, faculty allocation, counselling support, administrative work, technology access, certificates, ID cards, franchise processing and other institute services. Once payment is completed, the amount is treated as non-refundable.
2Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable once paid:
- Admission fee and registration fee
- Course fee, installment amount, batch booking amount and LMS access fee
- Offline coaching fee and practical/lab fee
- University counselling fee and application support fee
- Franchise application, approval, setup and brand licensing fee
- Certificate, duplicate certificate, ID card and verification charges
- Any discounted, promotional or coupon-based payment
3Cancellations
If a student or applicant chooses to cancel admission, discontinue a course, leave a batch, skip counselling, reject franchise onboarding, or stop using any service, the paid amount remains non-refundable.
Batch changes, course transfers or schedule adjustments may be considered only at the institute's discretion and are not guaranteed.
4Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate or incorrect payment is made due to a technical issue, please contact the office with the transaction proof. After verification, the institute may adjust the amount against future dues or correct the duplicate transaction as per its internal process.
5Disputes
Before raising any payment dispute or bank chargeback, contact Rishikul Shiksha Career Academy with your admission ID, payment proof and concern. The institute will review the matter and share the final decision.
Non-attendance, change of mind, schedule conflict, personal reason, document issue, exam result, university rejection or service discontinuation does not make any paid fee refundable.
